#1 – Detoxing and Lymphatic Drainage
As you go about your daily life, you expose your skin to a lot of rough stuff. Chemicals and metals are in everything from the products you use in the shower to the make-up you put on your face. Some of these chemicals and metals are toxic, hormone-disrupting, and linked to multiple health concerns.
You’ve probably seen phthalates and parabens listed in the ingredients of cosmetic products before. You should proceed with caution when using products with these ingredients. Certain types of these chemicals can disrupt hormones and harm your reproductive system.

Combining a sauna session with a lymphatic massage is a great way to release toxins through lymphatic drainage.
